When you have physical and mental symptoms such as inattention, easy to forget, worry, irritability, insomnia, headache, palpitation, etc., you must seriously reflect on whether you are anxious.
Anxiety is the most common kind of emotional state, such as frequent important tasks. If you feel that you are tired of coping, you will be nervous and restless. This is anxiety. This anxiety is a protective response, also known as physiological anxiety. When the severity of anxiety is clearly inconsistent with an objective event or situation, or if the duration is too long, it becomes a pathological anxiety called anxiety. If you meet the diagnostic criteria of anxiety, physical performance, etc., you will be diagnosed as anxiety, also known as anxiety. Anxiety disorder is a serious anxiety. It has persistent disorders, fear, nervousness, and dysfunction of autonomic dysfunction. It is often accompanied by exercise stress, such as restlessness, walking back and body discomfort, such as Headache, palpitation, sweating, frequent urination, and emotional experience, such as fear, nervousness, pain and other symptoms. Anxiety disorders occur frequently in young adults, and there is no significant difference in the incidence of men and women. Clinical experts believe that the key to the treatment of anxiety disorders is to identify the underlying cause of anxiety disorders and then symptomatic treatment.
Clinical psychologists say that anxiety can be prevented and the prognosis is good. Early detection, early diagnosis, and early treatment are the only rules to eliminate anxiety. Anxiety is generally related to stress. Stress is like a flood, and when it accumulates to a certain extent, it needs to be released. However, most people's choices are repressive. Li Xinying, an associate professor at the Institute of Psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, pointed out that many people even have emotional reactions such as insomnia, anorexia, stomach pain, and emotional experiences such as irritability, impatience, and inexplicable fear. They do not have the consciousness to explore the root of the problem. At the same time, there are also serious lacks of social spiritual beliefs among some people. The collapse of the spiritual pillar has made most people unable to see the future. Only the present is drunk, which has become a source of anxiety. The general lack of physical and mental health in the society makes people reluctant to seek the help of mental health professionals.
Yang Dong, an associate professor of psychology at Southwest University, believes that most Chinese are not used to rationally solving psychological distress like Westerners. They either endure in their hearts, or simply vent their anger through anger, or take extreme measures to deal with physical and mental problems, and rarely ask professionals. .
So, how to eliminate the negative impact of anxiety on the physical and mental health of individuals? First, deal with the relationship between personal growth and work, and maintain a good sense of personal accomplishment. Secondly, we must consciously improve our personal qualities, enhance our self-adjustment ability, and form a positive, healthy, promising, enthusiastic and calm personality. Third, the whole society, especially the leaders at all levels, should pay attention to and pay attention to the health status of their subordinates, prevent physical and mental health problems caused by fatigue work, and provide necessary lectures, inspections, counseling and other services. Fourth, popularize the knowledge and methods of physical and mental health education, let everyone understand the importance of mental health, and master a certain method of self-adjustment of mind and body.
