March 09, 2024
Nippon Electric Co., Ltd. has listed an electric torque tester that combines the torque meter "TNX" series with the data management function test bench "DSP-10". By combining the two devices, a more accurate automatic torque test can be performed. The price is 1.97 million 1900 yen (including tax).
The TNX series includes "TNX-2" with a test range of 0 to ±2 N·m, "TNX-5" with a test range of 0 to ±5 N·m, and a test range of 0 to ±10 N·m. TNX-10" three. It has open valve mode, closed valve mode and average mode. The open valve mode can extract the peak value at 3 points, the memory can store 1000 parts of the valve for opening and closing the valve, and the data can be taken out by the U disk. The test station "DSP-10" aspect strengthens the data management function. After reading the measurement data, the relationship between torque and angle can be displayed graphically on the computer.
The accuracy of the combination of the two devices is ±0.5% FS. In terms of test operation, in addition to the torque test, angle test, damage test and sampling test can be performed. The rotation speed and angle of the test can be set using the supplied software. The rotation speed ranges from 0.1 to 25.0 rpm. The measurement angle ranges from 0 to 1440° and can be set every 0.1°. The lifting axis has a maximum moving distance of 400 mm and a moving speed of 10 to 600 mm/min.
