First, the pressure switch failure. The general performance of the power switch is turned on, the motor does not work, with a multimeter to measure the pump motor voltage input, short circuit pressure switch at both ends to work properly to prove that the pressure switch has been damaged. Solution: replace the pressure switch.

Second, the whole machine can work properly, but the pressure of the water is small. After checking the normal operating voltage of the battery, then there are three situations that cause small pressure: The first is a foreign body into the pump head, causing the inlet and outlet valves do not mesh, seal; Solution: clear foreign body. The second is the motor bearing damage, resulting in the wrong heart work properly; solution: replace the bearing. Third, the valve seat wear serious, not a good seal, resulting in the pump can not be pressurized; Solution: Replace the valve seat.

Third, the motor is not working properly, good times and bad. This phenomenon occurs when the motor reaches the end of its working life. The motor suddenly stops in normal operation and returns to normal after a long time. The main reason is that the motor is aging. Solution: replace the motor.
